Faith Norah Lukosi is a visionary leader with a passion for social change and community empowerment. With a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Faith has over 8 years of experience in legal and policy advocacy work, focusing on addressing social justice issues and promoting equitable opportunities for all. Beyond her role at the foundation, Faith also serves as a Board Member at the Youth Enterprise Development Fund, a state corporation dedicated to supporting youth enterprises through loans, training, mentorship, and market linkages.
Her involvement in this influential position further showcases her commitment to nurturing and uplifting young entrepreneurs, helping them succeed in their ventures. Faith’s strategic leadership and commitment to social justice propel the Foundation’s initiatives in economic empowerment, health & sanitation, education, climate action, and good governance. Inspired by her own humble background and experiences, including teenage pregnancy and navigating the challenges of young motherhood, Faith deeply understands the struggles faced by the vulnerable and underprivileged groups.
Drawing from her personal journey, Faith is driven to create positive change and provide support to those in need. In her free time, she loves watching and playing football, as well as making new friends, playing chess, and exploring new places.
